1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk32 ("pk32", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available at pk32.vip and any associated mobile interfaces or applications operated by pk32.

By creating a pk32 account, accessing the pk32 platform, or placing any bet or wager through pk32 services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk32 platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to the pk32 platform and participation in any pk32 betting, casino, or gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. pk32 operates a strict 18+ policy. Users who are found to have registered while under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any remaining balance returned subject to pk32's verification of the original deposit amount and method.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pk32's services is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk32 does not provide legal advice. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, regional, and national laws regarding online gambling and betting.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, problem gambling register, or other exclusion scheme operated by pk32 or by any third-party responsible gaming body.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active pk32 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration

To access pk32's full range of services, users must register a pk32 account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during pk32 registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details entitles pk32 to suspend or permanently close your account, forfeit pending withdrawals, and report the matter to appropriate authorities where legally required.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pk32 is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal and on any account flagged for enhanced due diligence. You agree to provide, promptly upon request, any documents pk32 reasonably requires to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pk32 account at any time by contacting customer support. pk32 reserves the right to close accounts at its sole discretion with or without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or failure to comply with KYC requirements.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk32 account credentials, including your username and password. pk32 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of protection.

You agree to notify pk32 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any security breach affecting your pk32 account. pk32 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify pk32 promptly or where the unauthorised access resulted from your own failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pk32 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified in a current pk32 promotion. pk32 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for fully KYC-verified pk32 accounts. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. pk32 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Refused Transactions

pk32 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, pk32 may hold funds pending investigation and, where legally required, report the matter to relevant financial authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk32 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. General bonus principles applicable across all pk32 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they are offered. Transferring, selling, or sharing bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• pk32 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion to exploit promotional offers, pk32 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the relevant accounts.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pk32 may at its sole discretion exclude any player from promotional offers.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through the pk32 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type. General betting rules applicable to all pk32 sportsbook wagers include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pk32 does not guarantee the continuation of any displayed odds.
• pk32 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known to the player at the time of placement (i.e., past post betting).
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, pk32 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all pk32 betting markets. These limits may vary by sport, market, event, or individual account.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. pk32 is not liable for losses arising from betting decisions made during market suspensions.
• Cricket betting on pk32, including PSL, international T20s, and Test match markets, is subject to cricket-specific rules published separately on the pk32 platform.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on pk32 – including live dealer games, slots, table games, and jackpot titles – are provided by third-party certified game studios. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

All pk32 casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game mechanics conducted by professional dealers in regulated studio environments. pk32 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are independent of pk32.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or slot spin, pk32 systems will record the game state at the point of disconnection and resolve the outcome accordingly. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with pk32 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pk32 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one pk32 account, whether under your own name or any other identity
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the pk32 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pk32 games or systems for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with pk32 games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any pk32 game or market
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any pk32 software or platform component
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversal after funds have been used on the pk32 platform
• Allowing persons under 18 years of age to access your pk32 account

10. Responsible Gaming

pk32 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your pk32 account from the account settings panel. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to notify you when you have been logged into pk32 for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from the pk32 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk32 platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall selection and arrangement thereof – is the intellectual property of pk32 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any pk32 content without the express prior written consent of pk32, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of pk32 services in the ordinary course of their intended purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising from or in connection with your use of the pk32 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

pk32's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk32 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

pk32 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability. pk32 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify users of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

13. Privacy & Data

pk32's collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the pk32 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form. You consent to pk32 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of operating the pk32 platform, conducting KYC verification, complying with legal obligations, and providing customer support.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their pk32 account and/or via a prominent notice on the pk32 platform. Continued use of the pk32 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws relevant to the jurisdiction in which pk32 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
